I am going for a smoke and then will look around this site http://profblack.blogspot.kr/  I am really into making up rubrics and including the students in it.  I did a lot with my Presentations class since they were able to understand what I was on about.  A few still prepared scripted questions for their speech when the whole point was to listen, come up with questions spur of the moment and then deal with answering them.  Oh well I guess the pressure got to a few of them.
